Edgers are simple to install. They are ideal for borders for gardens, walkways, and patio edging. You can also make tree rings and small flower beds using edgers.
The amount of product you will need depend on the size of your project.
Here is some basic installation instructions and tips for installing edgers.
Tools You Will Need
Step 1. Excavate.
Step 2. Prep Base.
Depending on the edger size, dig a trench 4" or 6" deep and 8" or 12" wide.
Compact dirt at the bottom of the trench. You can add and compact paver sand if needed.
Step 4. Lay Stones.
Step 5. Fill Behind.
Set the edgers in the trench. Level by tapping with a rubber mallet.
Fill behind the edgers with sand or dirt to keep them in place.
